ATLANTA — Traffic is flowing again on Interstate 20 eastbound between Temple and Villa Rica Tuesday morning after a wreck involving a tractor trailer that blocked both lanes.

For most of the morning, only the right emergency lane was open to traffic. Even though it was also crowded, drivers were encouraged to take Highway 78 as an alternate.
